Please fill out this form to request a scholarship for the Camp Harvest Summer Camp hosted by Harvest Students across all Harvest Bible Chapel Chicago campuses. Please know there will be no full scholarships provided. Please indicate what you are able to contribute in the form below. A staff member will be in touch with you once your request is received.
